Satara is one of the major district in Maharashtra. Satara district is famous for hill stations like Mahabaleshwar and Panchgani and various forts. Satara was the capital of Marathas after Sambhaji Maharaj’s death for many years. Satara is located in the heart of West Maharashtra and thus a good connection with Pune , Sangli , Miraj and Kolhapur can be established. Satara is famous for ‘Kandi Pedhas’. It is situated on the banks of river Krishna and a popular military school is pride of Satara.Ajinkyatara itself is sufficient to memories Satara’s history. The fort is in the heart of the city and thus can be seen from every part of the city. It is 3300 feet high and one can have a wonderful view of the city from here. Edalakudy is a small place about 4 kms from the Nagercoil town in Kanyakumari district. It is located in the Kanyakumari highway (NH 47). Edalakudy forms the formal end of the Nagercoil Municipality. Mostly a residential area, the place has a majority of muslims. The place has more than ten mosques and temples and two churches. Kankaria is a polygonal artificial lake, situated in the south east region of Ahmedabad with an island summer palace. This lake has 34 sides and was constructed by Sultan Qutab-ud-Din in 1451 A.D.
The lake was frequently visited by Mughal Emperor Jahangir and his Empress wife Noor Jahan. It now stands as a local picnic spot and has vivid bird life.
This bewitching lake has intricate sluice gates, built by Sultan and an island garden set amidst of the lake, Nagina Wadi. There is a beautiful pathway that connects one of the banks of the lake to Nagia Wadi. Kankaria lake can be a great visit for peace lovers if visited late in the evening for an hour or so.
Boating facility is also available here for fun lovers. It is one of the best places in Ahmedabad to watch sun set. The zoo and children’s park set adjoining this lake, are famous among children. The enchanting environment around the lake makes it one of the most loved places here.

Jayan was a popular actor of the Malayalam film industry in the 1970s. He had prominent roles as an action hero.Jayan was born in 1938 in Kollam, Kerala, India as the first child of his father Thevalli, Kottaram Veetil Madhavan Pillai and mother Bharathiyamma. His birth-name was Krishan Nair .Jayan served the Indian Navy for 16 years. Then he left the Navy to try his hand in the film industry.

Jayan started his career with acting in minor roles. His first film was Shapamoksham (1974). Jayan got his first major break with Thacholi Ambu (1978) in which he acted as a co-hero. What made Jayan a superstar was his negative hero role in Sarapanjaram (1979).he established himself as one of the most popular Malayalam film actors of his time & first action hero in Malayalam cinema.
Jayan was killed in an accident on 16th November 1980, on the sets of the movie Kolilakkam. He was 42 then and at the height of his popularity.

today i bought a new cell. it is a sony ericson w580i. it it is a walkman mobile. it is also a shake mobile. it changes song when we shake it. it has got mp3 player and also radio. it has got a 2 mega pixel camera. the battery backup is low which is the only drawback of the set. otherwise the mobile absolutely rocks
